
How do I update my account information?
Here is a list of what you can update through your online account, as well as what to do if your school, program dates or course load change.
What can I update on online?
You can update:
- your personal details, including:
- mailing address
- home and work telephone
- email address
- your parents' or next-of-kin personal details
- your course load
- your student number
What if I change programs or schools?
If you change programs or schools, complete and submit our Request for Changes Before Funds Issued Form ( 62 KB) or our Request for Changes After Funds Issued Form (
41 KB), depending on when you received your funds and when the changes happened.
What if my course load or school dates change?
If your course load changes, you can update that information on through your online account.

How can I update my family information?
Name change
- legal verification of your name change
Marital status change
- copy of marriage certificate or a completed Separation Notice Form (

Change in number of children
- legal verification of the change
- if applicable, verification of child support paid or received

New Information
Repayment of your Manitoba Student Loan will resume on October 1st, 2020.
If you are having trouble repaying your loan, you can apply for repayment assistance.
