Grade 3 Assessment

The Grade 3 Assessment in Reading, Lecture and Numeracy and Grade 4 Assessment in French Immersion Lecture will take place in the fall of 2007.

Note: For numeracy, two sets of evaluation criteria and reporting forms are provided below. The interim documents are for use by schools and divisions who voluntarily implemented the WNCP 2006 revised mathematics outcomes last year at Grade 2. The existing documents are for use relative to the existing (1996) mathematics curriculum. See the letters above for further details.

Note: The Interim Reports to the Division and to the Department forms, above, are for use by schools to report results to divisions, and by divisions and independent schools to report results to the Department for students assessed relative to the new mathematics outcomes (WNCP 2006 revisions). In cases where schools or divisions have partially implemented the new curriculum (some classrooms or some schools), then both the existing and interim forms may be used.
