The Manitoba Remote Learning Framework

The Manitoba Remote Learning Framework (PDF document 786 KB) outlines foundational beliefs and guiding principles to help build common understandings and support the implementation of evidence-based practices for teaching and learning whether online, in a face-to-face classroom or a blend of both. The Framework contains three Guiding Principles that support teachers and families as they meet the diverse needs of all learners within our Province. These Guiding Principles reflect a commitment to learners and highlight the importance of creating authentic, relevant, and inclusive learning experiences for students based on shared understanding about how they learn best.

To support teachers and school leaders in the implementation of the Framework, a short and extended Video Series, based upon the Framework’s Guiding Principles and Strategies, has been created. Note: These videos are only available in English.
