
The Aboriginal Academic Achievement Grant is provided to assist school divisions with current programming or the implementation of new programs that target academic success for Aboriginal students. School divisions should focus their AAA grant to accomplish the following:

In the 2007-2008 school year, a revised categorical grants reporting process was implemented. The process involves a three-year reporting cycle with visits to school divisions on a rotational basis. (Additional information available at http://www.edu.gov.mb.ca/k12/specedu/pie/index.html)
All school divisions will continue to submit an annual Financial Report (Expenditures for 2008-2009 will be reported in October 2009).
Note: The following grant Requirements and Timelines only apply to the school divisions required to provide a written Outcomes Report for 2009-2010 and a Report on previous year’s Results.
