These Guidelines for the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support Grant (2006–2007) provide Manitoba school divisions with direction for supporting EAL learners. Developed by Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth, the guidelines provide a basis for consistency, quality, equity, and flexibility in the delivery of EAL services in Manitoba.
