These Guidelines for the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support Grant released in 2006, provide Manitoba school divisions with direction for supporting EAL learners. The guidelines continue to provide a basis for consistency, quality, equity, and flexibility in the delivery of EAL services in Manitoba.
