Manitoba Education has released publications related to Kindergarten to Grade 12 education. These publications and relevant titles published by other individuals and organizations have been organized in a searchable database.

Direction des ressources éducatives françaises (DREF)

La Direction des ressources éducatives françaises (DREF) at S208 - 200 avenue de la Cathédrale, in Saint-Boniface, is a branch of the Bureau de l'éducation française, a division of Manitoba Education. The DREF is also the department's French library. Its mandate is to provide print and electronic educational resources to support Manitoba Kindergarten to Grade 12 educators in the French, French-Immersion and Basic French programs.

Access to more than 400 journals and descriptions of these titles are available at the Manitoba Education Library.

 

Manitoba Education Library Periodicals Catalogue

The Periodicals Catalogue lists alphabetically the journal holdings available at the Manitoba Education Library.  Approximately 900 titles are listed, covering educational research and theory, curriculum areas for Kindergarten to Grade 12, children’s literature, multiculturalism and other relevant subjects. It provides links to electronic full text periodicals that are available online.

 

Alternate Format Online Catalogue

Alternate Format Services (AFS) Catalogue is a listing of Alternate Format materials housed in the Main Floor at 1181 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg. Alternate formats include Braille, Large Print, Sound recordings (audiocassettes), and Electronic Text and are designed to supplement or replace the regular print text. Materials are available to students with perceptual disabilities only.
