Welcome to Manitoba Advanced Education and Literacy’s website. The goal of our department is to provide Manitobans with an accessible, affordable and high quality post-secondary and adult learning system. Our priorities include a commitment to improve the success rates in our programs and institutions to not only increase the numbers, but to expand the range of people we serve. Our activities provide adult Manitobans with opportunities to develop their potentials and contribute to the economic, social and cultural life of Manitoba. We believe that an educated citizenry is Manitoba’s most important asset in a knowledge-intensive society
