Division scolaire franco-manitobaine (DSFM) has provided regular online communication to parents and students since the suspension of in-class learning for students in the speech therapy program. The use of Proloquo2go, a special software where students can find various buttons (e.g., I, want, eat, help, look, in, again, it’s over) to help them communicate better, has been instrumental. In one particular session, the speech therapist modelled the buttons to look for and the student was able to find those buttons with her sister’s help.

Thanks to DSFM for ensuring that services like speech therapy were continued despite the suspension of in-class learning.
