This initiative is jointly sponsored by Manitoba Advanced Education and Literacy (AEL), Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth (ECY) and Manitoba Competitiveness, Training and Trade (CTT). Technical Vocational Education (TVE) is an important part of the educational structure and plays a major role in developing a flexible and well-educated work force to address current and emerging industry and labour-market needs and allow Manitoba to compete globally.
