
The Council of Ministers of Education, Canada (CMEC) has released the resources and materials gathered from the April 2008 Pan-Canadian Interactive Literacy Forum. These materials provide a legacy of on-line learning and teaching resources that will benefit educators, learners, literacy providers, and people across Canada.
The materials that have been posted on CMEC’s website include ministers’ messages on literacy, the webcasts and presentations from the forum’s key presenters, and 26 additional webcasts featuring highlights from the nine forum sites across Canada.

They use challenging questions, video clips from forum presenters, and stimulating comments to promote active idea-sharing among groups of learners and educators and help to continue that legacy of learning. The modules are designed to encourage discussion and are best viewed with a group.
