** Field Validation - In an effort to ensure increased quality and consistency in the content and design of Manitoba Education developed web-based courses (WBC), Manitoba Education has implemented a process for Field Validation of newly developed Web-Based Courses.

*** Pilot Release - To help support implementation of the new Mathematics curriculum framework, all new Math courses are being released immediately after development. As a result they will not undergo the formal Field Validation process. Instead they will remain as "pilot versions" for a period of one year, allowing changes and improvements to be made based on feedback from teachers using them.
