Services Provided by Production Crew

Access and use of video production crew who will do all the video shooting and/or audio recording. Editing is done in collaboration with the client.

Costs to Applicant

Travel, Accommodation, Meals

Includes any lodging and meal expenses incurred by the production crew on shoots outside the Winnipeg area. If air travel is required, applicant must cover the cost of airline tickets for the production crew and freight charges for transport of production equipment.

Writers, Actors, etc.

Includes payment to freelance researchers, scriptwriters, directors, narrators, or on-camera people called in for the production.

Multi-Media Format

Includes all multi-media formats (disks, tapes, etc.) used in production. The production crew will advise applicant as to quantities and kinds of multi-media formats which will be needed.

Rights

The finished production becomes the property of the applicant. The Department reserves the rights for any duplication, distribution, or broadcasting of the final production within Manitoba.
