Webquest: Literacy with ICT Across the Curriculum
A webquest is an inquiry-oriented research project involving information coming primarily from internet sources. Teachers may complete this webquest individually or in small groups.
The Literacy with ICT Across the Curriculum Webquest is built on the foundation of inquiry and the 5 Big Ideas from the Cognitive Domain – Plan and Question, Gather and Make Sense, Produce to Show Understanding, Communicate and Reflect.
The Literacy with ICT webquest allows educators who are implementing Literacy with Information and Communication Technology Across the Curriculum (LwICT), the opportunity to:
- review resources created by Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth (MECY) to assist with your implementation
- create a profile of your own literacy with ICT
- create profiles of your students’ literacy with ICT
