Additional Information Requests
Purpose of the Additional Information Request:
- Additional information is requested if funding reviewers require information that has not been provided or communicated in sufficient detail to determine eligibility for funding.
Communication of the Additional Information Request:
- An additional information sheet will be faxed to the Student Services Administrator for each application requiring additional information.
- Final completion of the school division funding package and preliminary results will be communicated upon the review and funding determination of all additional information requests.
Review of the Additional Information Requests:
- The Student Services Administrator reviews the Additional Information requests and contacts the schools to obtain the necessary information.
- If the Student Services Administrator is unsure of the request, please contact the Funding Review Team Lead for clarification.
Forwarding the Additional Information Request to the school:
- The Student Services Administrator should forward the request to the school team if the information required is such that it must be gathered at the school level.
- The Student Services Administrator returns the required information in a written format to the Department, within required timeline.
Completing the Additional Information Request:
- It is recommended that the school teams meet and compile the necessary information requested.
- If the school team is unsure of the request, they should contact the Student Services Administrator for clarification.
- The school team forwards the requested information to the Student Services Administrator before the deadline provided by the school division.
