Education/ASL Support Services

Education/ASL Consultant Services include:

• Consultation with school teams to support specialized educational programming for students who use American Sign Language (ASL)
• Individual academic instruction
• Support for subject specific signs in one-one-one settings and through videoconferencing

Consultative services are provided to students and school staff in all areas of the province on a limited basis. A completed Outreach referral form from the school is required.

ASL Development Assistant Services include:

• American Sign Language (ASL) skills development support to Deaf and/or hard of hearing students and support staff in person or via videoconferencing.
• ASL clubs/classes for students, staff, families and communities.

Services are provided to students and school staff in all areas of the province on a limited basis. A completed Outreach  referral form from the school is required.
