It is important to read all the information provided.
Must have completed application form and required documents in to the Professional Certification Unit by the following dates:
University of Manitoba graduates - February 20
St. Boniface College graduates - February 20
University of Winnipeg graduates - March 6
Brandon University graduates - March 25.
Certificate will not be issued until after June 30, provided all requested documents have been received.
Must have application and required documents in to the Professional Certification one month prior to the convocation date.
Certificates will be issued upon completion of the certification process.
Please read the following before completing the application form
Note: Criminal record checks must be accompanied with a vulnerable sector screening. Vulnerable sector screening is not the Child Abuse Registry. Only original documents are acceptable and cannot be more than 3 months old. The criminal record check will be returned when the certification process is complete or may be requested in writing to be returned prior to the certification completion.
Note: All transcripts required for certification and/or a Limited Teaching permit must be arranged to be sent directly to the Professional Certification Unit.
Note: Transcripts may be required sooner for a Limited Teaching Permit request but a transcript must still be ordered from the University to be sent after convocation.
Note: The application form can be filled in on-line but cannot be saved or sent electronically. After completion of form, you must print the document, sign where indicated and mail to the Professional Certification Unit.
