Interlibrary Loans for the General Public of Manitoba
The general public of Manitoba* may use the Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth Librarys resources in-house or borrow resources (books, audio resources, kits and 16mm films) by requesting an interlibrary loan through the public library services listed below. Periodical issues (magazines, journals) are not available for loan. A photocopier is available in the Library. Works protected by copyright may be copied on this photocopier if authorized by the Copyright Act for the purpose of fair dealing or under specific exceptions set out in the Copyright Act, by the copyright owner, and by the Pan Canadian Schools/Cancopy Licence Agreement 1999-2004.
