Periodicals Catalogue, 2007
The Periodicals Catalogue lists alphabetically the periodical or journal holdings of the Instructional Resources Unit (IRU), Library, as of July 2007. Approximately 900 periodical titles are listed, covering subjects such as educational research and theory, curriculum areas for Kindergarten to Grade 12, children’s literature, and multiculturalism.
Printed versions of periodicals in the IRU are available for in-house use only. Individuals photocopying journal articles or IRU staff photocopying articles for clients will follow the exceptions set out in the Copyright Act and per the Canadian Schools/CANCOPY Licence Agreement (1999-2004).
Virtual Education Information Services of the IRU are available via online access to more than 400 educational journals, some of which are full text. Reference and information services are provided for areas covered by the periodicals collection.
Most of these titles are also accessible through IRU's Online Public Access Catalogue.
