Public Outreach and Displays
The Archives, while maintaining strict guidelines for preservation, is there to provide research and reference access for the public. The primary users of the Library are teachers in schools and employees of Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth, but access to the public at large is also provided.
Outreach
In 2003, the Archives developed two online exhibits to gather greater interest for the collection itself. As well, periodically the Archives receives requests for material to display externally. Special permission to display archival material externally is granted by the Coordinator of the Instructional Resources Unit.

Presenting displays both online and physically, is an important part of public outreach and awareness. Below is a list of possible displays that could be researched from materials in the Archives.
