Media Booking Schedule

From September to May, Media Booking hours are: Mondays and Thursdays 8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.; Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.; and Fridays 9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. During the months of June and August, Media Booking hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Media Booking is closed during July.

Beginning the first Monday of December, resources may be booked up to June 30 of the following year. Beginning the first Monday of August, resources may be booked up to January 31 of the following year.

Bookings may be requested by telephone, e-mail, fax, mail or in person. A Media Booking Reservation Form ( 38 KB) or a Media Duplication Order Form ( 55 KB) are both available online. A maximum of 6 titles may be requested by telephone (call 945-7849 or toll free 1-800-592-7330). An unlimited number of titles may be requested by:
