The general public of Manitoba may use the Manitoba Education Library’s resources in-house or borrow resources by requesting an interlibrary loan through the public library services listed below. Journals are not available for loan. A photocopier is available in the Library. Works protected by copyright may be copied on this photocopier if authorized by the Copyright Act for the purpose of fair dealing or under specific exceptions set out in the Copyright Act, and by the copyright owner.
