Statement of Taxes Collected and Education Taxes Remitted:
The “Statement of Taxes Collected and Education Taxes Remitted” is available in both Excel and Adobe PDF formats. Data can be entered and saved in the Excel version. Formulas in the file calculate the correct percentages, year-to-date remittances and the net special levy based on the gross special levy and EPTC amounts. The Adobe PDF form must be printed for manual completion on paper. The Adobe PDF form requires Acrobat Reader - see link on the left for a free download.
