External Funding Review
As a follow-up to the Manitoba Special Education Review recommendations related to special needs funding and the implementation of the Appropriate Educational Programming Legislation, Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth hosted an external review regarding the application and review process for Level II and III Special Needs Funding.
The purpose of the review was to develop recommendations regarding the application process for Level II and III funding. The review did not address issues related to the funding of schools or levels of funding.
We thank all of those who attended the consultation sessions and who have provided us with feedback.
