The Manitoba Graduation Rate: June 2001 to June 2008 ( 36 KB)

This one-page document presents Manitoba’s High School Graduation Rate from June 2001 to June 2008. In order to gain a better understanding of how many students complete high school sequentially from Grade 9 to Grade 12 graduation, the total number of public and funded independent high school graduates each year is divided by the total Grade 9 enrolment four years previous. Since individual students are not tracked, the high school graduation calculation is a proxy method of measuring the percentage of students who sequentially complete high school in four years.
