This half credit course is designed so that students have the flexibility in how they photograph, what is photographed, and how one learns. The choices that the student makes will tailor this course to their unique needs and talents. Students will start by using the camera in fully automatic mode. They will learn how to improve pictures by applying more control.

Grade 10 Keyboarding (25S) 1/2 credit (2009)

Computer and Internet access required
This half credit course will improve students typing accuracy and speed on computer keyboards, using the touch-keying technique (keeping ones eyes on the copy and/or screen, not the keyboard, while typing). Each module consists of lessons that provide opportunities to practice and apply keyboarding skills in order to create, edit and format a variety of types of documents efficiently. Learning Activities throughout this course provide students with the opportunities to practice their skills prior to completing assignments. It is structured as follows:
