Important Deadline Dates

High School Graduates

Deadlines for Graduation in January 2010

• Submit exam requests by November 27, 2009
• Course work is due at the ISO office by December 4, 2009
• Exams must be received by January 8, 2010
• Assignments should be submitted prior to requesting exams
• All assignments must be completed before a final grade will be issued.

Deadlines for Graduation in June 2010

• Submit exam requests by May 7, 2010
• Course work is due at the ISO office by May 14, 2010
• Exams must be received by May 31, 2010
• Assignments should be submitted prior to requesting exams
• All assignments must be completed before a final grade will be issued
• Write GRAD in large letters on the cover sheet for assignments and on the front page of exams to ensure priority marking.

All Other Students

• Registration Period: You have 12 months to complete the course from the date of registration.
• Assignment Deadline: You should submit all of your assignments a minimum of 6 weeks prior to course expiration date or 6 weeks prior to an established deadline date (i.e. deadline for admission to post secondary).
• Examination Request: Final exams should be written a minimum of 5 weeks prior to course expiration date/date required.
• Examination Rewrite Deadline: Examination rewrites should be scheduled to be written a minimum of 3 weeks prior to course expiration date/date required.
