Differences between the Multi-course and Individual Course Formats

The multi course and individual course formats serve different purposes. The most important difference is that the multi course files (containing four or five columns) do not contain all of the content. While they contain all of the specific learning outcomes (SLOs), they do not contain all of the detailed content associated with each SLO because there is not enough room. That detailed content is found only in the individual course files. Therefore, teachers need to use the individual course files below.

The multi-course format allows teachers to compare the four or five courses, and to see how students progress from one course to the next. More information can be found in the main document.
