Responsive Professional Learning
Our goal in supporting professional learning is to help build local capacity that sustains schools as learning organizations and enhances classroom practices. Planning is essential to the achievement of this goal. Therefore, our human resources will be directed to schools/divisions/regions that meet the following criteria:
- an implementation and/or professional learning plan is in place
- resources are committed for the school year (or beyond)
- a contact person(s) is identified to provide leadership and support for in-service planning, delivery, and follow up
