Provincial K-3 Class Size Initiative New!

As part of the collaborative planning process for the five-year implementation of the Kindergarten to Grade 3 class size initiative (20K3), school divisions will maintain a K-3 class size tracker to monitor progress on reducing K-3 class sizes. The K-3 class size tracker is available at each school division website homepage and/or school website.

Beginning February 1, 2011, practices in Manitoba schools related to these areas will align with those described in this document. School divisions in Manitoba will formalize divisional policies to conform to this document by September 2011.
