The following schedule indicates the due dates for accountability and application documents for Certified Adult Learning and Literacy Centres. Please retain this schedule and use it as your guide. Verification of Insurance Submit annually upon renewal of your insurance
Interim Financial Report (as of December 31st) 3rd Friday of January
Technology and Equipment Grant Summary (if applicable) 3rd Friday of January
1st Attendance week (3rd week of November ) - to be submitted with Interim Statistical Return 2nd Friday of February
Interim Statistical Return (as of February 1st) 2nd Friday of February
Learner Analysis 2nd Friday of February
Application Renewal 2nd Friday of February
Revised Budget and Cash Flow 2nd Friday of May
2nd Attendance week (2nd week of February) - to be submitted with Year End Statistical Return 2nd Friday of July
Year End Statistical Return (as of June 30) 2nd Friday of July
Year End Financial Report (as of June 30) 3rd Friday of August
Audited Financial Statements Within six (6) months of your fiscal year end
