Certificate in Literacy and Learning: Stage 1 - Stage 3

The Certificate in Literacy & Learning is designed to give recognition to your achievements over time in the reading, writing, and speaking skills you need at work and in your everyday life. It is awarded by the Department of Advanced Education and Literacy. The Certificate is only granted to residents of Manitoba.

The Certificate in Literacy and Learning is available at three different stages of learner development.
